This acquisition marks the latest in The Wolfpack Group’s continuous effort to grow brands and connect communities across Southeast Asia

Singapore, 25 February 2026 The Wolfpack Group, a venture-focused platform turned multi-pronged ecosystem, today announced the acquisition of The Meatmen Group, a full-service marketing and IP agency with offices in Singapore and Malaysia. This acquisition marks a significant step in The Wolfpack’s regional strategy to acquire and enhance the reach of brands and experiential activations in Southeast Asia.

This acquisition highlights The Wolfpack Group’s approach to acquisitions as a way to connect its ecosystem—strengthening in-house capabilities, enhancing collaborations across its platforms, and unlocking significant shared expansion opportunities. By combining strategic capital with commercial, operational, and financial expertise, The Wolfpack Group has laid the foundation of a synergistic network that stays ahead of market trends and ever-changing consumption patterns.

As the Group has scaled, there has been a growing need for deeper operational integration and in-house capabilities to support expansion, innovation, and long-term brand-building.

“What drew us to The Meatmen was how naturally they fit within the The Wolfpack ecosystem. It’s a brand built on trust and a strong community, with a clear ability to engage audiences through content and connect across a broader network of platforms and consumer touchpoints. That alignment made this an easy decision for us,” said Jin Wei Toh, CEO of The Wolfpack Group.

“This acquisition enables us to empower our partners and portfolio companies to move faster, stay aligned, and build more consistently while benefiting from our shared infrastructure and learnings from the Group’s audiences and platforms.”

In this ecosystem, The Meatmen Group will continue servicing clients across Southeast Asia through its agency and growing its content creator platform, The Meatmen Channel, as well as integrating further with other platforms under The Wolfpack Group. Drawing from its expertise working with brands across food, FMCG, hospitality, hotel, event, and fashion industries, The Meatmen Group is primed to enhance The Wolfpack Group’s strategic growth in the region for IP development and support for portfolio companies.

“Our collaborative step forward opens new ways for us to continue creating experiences and building communities for brands in Southeast Asia. Our goal has always been to find new ways to help our clients reach new audiences that can directly benefit from their products. This acquisition enables our networks to connect and cross-pollinate, utilising our data-driven, one-stop solutions to help brands scale up and develop deeper ties around the region,” said Stanley Phua, CEO of The Meatmen Group.

This year, The Wolfpack Group aims to expand its physical presence in Southeast Asia through the extension of its owned IPs like Gastrobeats, a festival dedicated to celebrating local culinary and music talents and EPIC World Championship, the world’s biggest amateur pickleball tournament, and the development of retail and community spaces in Singapore.

“This acquisition sets the tone for 2026,” said Toh. “With The Meatmen Group working alongside us, we’re positioned to scale quickly and convert that momentum into sustained growth while deepening our relationship with quality partners like The Meatmen Group. Through it all, we remain opportunistic and disciplined, focused on businesses that are strategically aligned, founder-led, and able to add value to the broader ecosystem across consumer, lifestyle, and platform-driven verticals.”
